    长期从事新型红外探测器及其智能遥感应用研究。主持基金委国际合作重点项目、先导专项课题、国家重点研发计划课题等。获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(3/5)、中国电子学会自然科学一等奖(3/5)、中国光学工程学会自然科学一等奖(3/5),被授予上海市巾帼创新未来之星等。现任国际SCI期刊Opto-Electronics Review编委、Infrared Physics & Technology执行主编、Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves副编辑,Science Bulletin、Science China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy、Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves青年编委,IEEE NTC Shanghai Section Chapter副主席等。第一、通讯作者发表Nature Sensors (1)、Nature Materials (1)、Nature Electronics (1)、Nature Communications (4)、Science Advances (1)、Light: Science & Applications (2)、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等论文,SCI引用6700余次,h因子38。应邀在Nature Communications撰写Invited Review,研究成果被选为Nature Sensors封面文章。授权中国及美国发明专利11项。

    研究方向:1. 基于新型量子材料的多维度感知红外探测,具体包括拓扑量子调控,莫尔转角调控,铁电极化场调控红外光电探测新机制,发展具备光谱、偏振等多维度感知能力的新型红外探测器。2. AI赋能的多尺度智能遥感与红外探测,具体包括感存算一体红外探测技术,面向深空和对地观测的遥感图像智能处理,遥感大数据驱动的可持续发展研究。
