四、科研工作简介
长期从事新型红外探测器及其智能遥感应用研究。Clarivate全球高被引学者,主持国家优秀青年科学基金项目、基金委国际合作重点项目、中国科学院院级青年人才、先导专项课题、国家重点研发计划课题,上海市“科技创新行动计划”启明星项目等。被授予中国光学工程学会自然科学一等奖(3/5)、上海市巾帼创新未来之星。第一、通讯作者发表Nature Materials、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Advanced Materials、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等论文,SCI引用5000余次,h因子34。其中ESI热点论文(全球1‰)1篇,ESI高引论文(全球1%)5篇,授权美国发明专利2项、中国发明专利6项。现任国际SCI期刊Opto-Electronics Review编委,Science China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy、Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves青年编委,IEEE NTC Shanghai Section Chapter副主席等。
研究方向:1. 基于新型量子材料的多维度感知红外探测,具体包括拓扑量子调控,莫尔转角调控,铁电极化场调控红外光电探测新机制,发展具备光谱、偏振等多维度感知能力的新型红外探测器。2. AI赋能的多尺度智能遥感与红外探测,具体包括感存算一体红外探测技术,面向深空和对地观测的遥感图像智能处理,遥感大数据驱动的可持续发展研究。
