  三、科研工作简介 

  从事红外光电探测材料与器件的应用基础研究,包括低维结构半导体电学输运和光电特性研究、铁电/二维材料复合结构光电响应新机理研究等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金面上项目各1项,主持上海市自然科学基金项目1项。参与科技部、国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委等多项课题。参与FY3-04卫星光路校准系统非制冷红外探测组件的研制,保证了国家重大任务的顺利实施。在Nature ElectronicNature Commun.Phys. Rev BAppl. Phys. Lett 等期刊发表学术文章110余篇。
