三、科研工作简介

主要研究领域包括GaN基半导体电子和光子器件、InGaAs量子阱探测器等。目前研究方向为GaN基探测器、Hemt器件的物理与制备研究，InGaAs量子阱偏振焦平面探测器的研究。作为项目负责人，承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、中科院基金等项目。
